Atkins friendly, Mahi Mahi Spread is great served on carrots, celery, and with crackers or toast points.

Hot-Ta-Mahi

Mixed at first by accident, using all mahi-mahi, we have blended simple spices and jalapeño in a mayonnaise base to provide a zesty flavor up front and a delayed heat to bring you back for more.  It's simply addicting.

Mermaid

Mermaid Smoked Fish Spread is a special blend of Smoked Mahi-Mahi, Tilapia, and Wahoo, mayonnaise, vinegar, and spices. This unique product has a light smoke flavor and its smooth, rich texture is long remembered on your pallet. Atkins friendly, Mermaid Spread is great served on carrots, celery, and with crackers or toast points.

Salmon

Smoked Salmon spread is like pate. A simple recipe which brings forth the full flavor of salmon mixed gently with mayonnaise, vinegar, and spices. Great on crackers, but better on toast points. Try a little caviar on top for a great look and a pleasant finish.

Sea Twang

The original recipe developed by Mrs Peters and Bob Werle combines high proportions of Smoked Mahi-Mahi and Wahoo with salad dressing, vinegar, and spices.  A sweeter, sharper taste with a great finish is perfect for appetizers.  Serve on toast points or crackers, or with carrots or celery.

Whitefish Salad

A memorable taste by many old timers in the New York Jewish Community. Our white Tilapia is chopped and provides a unique texture which enhances the perfect balance of smoke and dill flavor mixed with delicious heavy mayonnaise.
